Integration Systems, LLC, a Premier IBM Business Partner, is doing business as iSys and is headquartered in Deerfield Beach, FL. The company was started on March 1, 2002 by Terry Keene, then President of Enabling Technologies Group, Inc. of Atlanta, Georgia. ETG supported IBM marketing, sales training and demand generation for all of IBM's eServer platforms since 1991.
ISys was founded to help companies take advantage of the exceptional opportunity presented by the latest advances in the IBM eServer Family, with Power and the Enterprise X-Architecture, bringing mainframe technology into the midrange of computing. Businesses today have created complex computing infrastructures based on Intel/Windows servers and older UNIX technologies. These solutions have limited IT deployment to a single application per server, and constrained servers to less than 30% utilization, with most servers using less than 5% of their capacity. This has created management control problems and excessive IT costs. The goal that iSys has set for our customers is to help simplify the IT infrastructure, bring business value back to IT, and help our customers become proactive in deploying IT technology that truly brings value to their organizations core competencies. Over the last several years iSys has focused specifically on Financial Services and the Capital Markets, applying its expertise in all aspects of buy-side and sell-side technologies as well as Exchanges, Alternative Trading Systems, MTF, ECN, Dark Pools, hedge funds, MIT, interdealer brokers and other trading venues.
iSys has identified technology challenges at every stage of the trading process, from the front office trading platforms to the middle and back office reconciliation and administration. iSys has developed solutions for most of these challenges built around IBM technology and services. This includes collaborative efforts not only with the market participants but the ISVs that support them. As a result iSys has gained very deep relationships with many of the large broker-dealers, buy-side and sell-side firms, hedge funds, exchanges, and the primary ISVs in the industry.
The founders of iSys have over 60 years total experience deploying computing solutions in the market, including Intel servers and workstations, UNIX systems from IBM, HP, Sun, Digital and others, IBM AS/400 and now iSeries, and storage solutions for mid-market businesses.
